The hotel staff is very friendly, helping with the check in process. The room conditions are also very comfortable.

The location is indeed close to Silangit Airport. But my facilities are a bit lacking in my opinion. According to the price.

Pretty fun. The staff is friendly. Initially I thought this hotel was more suitable for Christian guests because it was equipped with a special prayer room. But for me who is a Muslim this hotel is quite friendly. In the room there is a Qibla direction. Which indicates that staying here is not only for Christian friends. The food is also delicious and not expensive. For one serving of fried rice at this hotel, it is only 15 thousand. If later there is a way to Balige or the humpback, this hotel is quite a recommendation.

I had a pleasant stay with my wife at Panatapan Almonsari Hotel. This hotel is a perfect choice for those people who want to explore Toba lake and go to the airport by taking angkot. You just need to pay IDR 5.000 to Pelabuhan danau Toba at Berastagi. Moreover, this hotel is so close to Silangit airport and you just pay IDR 7.000 to the airport. What a great hotel to stay!

Clean hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Stayed for 3 days only 2x provided with drinking water, only washed once, and when I asked for a room to clean it said, forgot, the towels were not replaced. The hot water was too hot and could not be overheated and could not be adjusted.

This hotel is quite good in its view, and comfortable but lacking in cleanliness, even though what guests want when staying overnight is a priority. I stayed 3 days 2 nights and on the last day of rice and clothes, and looked for plastic for my needs, I found a sanitary napkin that had been used and dried up there were still marks of blood carrying the mattress because I peeked what I thought. Even though my room had just been cleaned I was shocked and went home I forgot to tell the hotel, about the incident. Please, sir, ma'am so as not to deter guests, cleanliness is prioritized.

Location is easy to find, rooms are decent, bathrooms have warm water not bad because of the cold weather.

The room is exactly in the photo, but the hotel. Bed linen was not replaced and the mattress was a bit uncomfortable the room was not swept away either. We recommend that you pass the key when you check it to the room. If it's true like what I feel is just a complaint.
