Nice hotel just located at the Shinsekai with great Osaka Tower view especially at night. The room was super clean, helpful staff, and easy to check in.

The hotel is nice, clean, good service. The room is cleaned every 3 days because it adheres to the eco green system, but you can request to be cleaned every day, free of charge. The room is a bit cramped, but comfortable.

Good room, great location, convenient, near shopping, near food sources, easy to walk, convenient, good service from reception staff, but not cleaned every day, towels are changed every day, breakfast is normal.

It's close to everything, subway, JR, Donki. It's convenient to travel. The shampoo and soap are very good. I slept well.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was really close to the Shinsekai area. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. Definitely recommend.

Clean, good service, good location for JR and Osaka Metro but a bit small, however it's fit with the price. Recommend!
