New, clean hotel, convenient because it is next to Central. Stayed to watch the Cocktail concert on July 19, 68, but changed from watching in the hall to watching from the balcony behind the room instead because of an emergency.

Very good. I like it very much. The room is clean. The service is excellent. I am very impressed.

Overall good. The room is good, but the sound of the water flowing is very loud. I stayed in room 305. The weather during the day is very hot. The room is spacious, so the air conditioner is not very cool.

Very good, worth the price, convenient and close to Central.

The front desk staff, I don't know if they are discriminating or not. Other customers have already checked out and informed the lady. As for us, we came first and sat there waiting until we finally went to ask.

Everything is good, but I would like to criticize one thing. On the day I checked in, I booked a high floor but got a second floor. I booked a single bed but got a double bed.

สะอาด สะดวก สบาย ขึ้นชื่อว่าเซ็นทารา ดีอยู่แล้ว พนักงานบริการดีมากกก พี่ยามก็น่ารัก โบกรถดูที่จอดให้สุดพลัง แต่มีพี่พนักงานตอนรับเช็กอินที่อาจจะไม่ค่อยยิ้มแย้มไม่ค่อยเป็นมิตร และดูเรียบเฉยไปเกือบถึงตึงๆ แต่ไม่เป็นไร คนอื่นน่ารักหมด โอเคค่ะ

พี่ๆพนักงานบริการดีมากเลยค่า ห้องพักสะอาด นอนสบาย มีโอกาสจะกลับไปพักอีกแน่นอนค่ะ

ดีค่ะ โดยรวมดี แต่ราคาห้องสูงมากในวันที่เข้าพัก และไม่รวมอาหารเช้า หากจะทานอาหารเช้าต้องซื้อเพิ่มต่างหากค่ะ

โรงแรมใหม่ ตกแต่งสวย สะอาด อาหารเช้าอร่อย มีสระว่ายน้ำ โรงแรมอยู่ติดเซ็นทรัลโรบินสันอุบล เดินทางสะดวก จากสนามบินอุบลมีรถบัสซิตี้บัสคนละ20บาทมาจอดที่เซ็นทรัลแล้วเดินต่อมาโรงแรมได้เลย

New rooms, clean, various breakfasts, good taste, the hotel is next to Central Ubon. can walk to shopping

พื้นห้องยังไม่สะอาดเท่าที่ควรยัวมีเศษดินอยู่ ทำให้เดินด้วยเท้าเปล่าไม่สบายเท้าต้องใส่ slipper เดิน แต่ภาพรวมอื่นๆ ดีมาก ถ้าเดินทางไปอุบลจะไปใช้บริการอีกครับ
