All is good. Especially kids pool. My child enjoyed it. The breakfast superb. Ice cream, kuih muih and so much thing to eat.

Facilities that we got as expected based on offering from the application. Fully furnished kitchen set and dining table. My family enjoyed to stay in Mercure Putrajaya

Complimentary parking and plenty of spaces, convenient location linked by a covered bridge to Allamanda mall with food and supermarket options. The pool area was very comfortable the wind blew non-stop, though the children’s see saw was a little cracked, the pool water is sterilised by salt and the whole deck is rather spacious. Room facilities also great, just that cleanliness could be better (counter top and table top were still oily and stained, toilet tile cracks moldy), and dishwashing liquid is chargeable which is odd for apartment style properties. Had to use hot tea to wash the dishes and cutlery instead. Hotel granted late checkout which was wonderful. Living room and bedroom both had smart TVs. Suitable for families, great value for money too.

Convenient and spacy room for family gathering and iftar.

The hotel gives good hospitality service. The apartment unit is clean, bright, and comfortable. It would be good if in-door slipper is provided as well. Others are good.

Nice room, convinient place and many eateries shop surrounding hotel and not to mention Alamanda shopping centre just nearby.
