I had a good experience. Ambiance/Facilities: The hotel has a modern yet cozy atmosphere, with clean and well-maintained facilities. The lobby was spacious and welcoming, and the room was elegantly designed, complete with all the essentials—fast Wi-Fi, comfortable bedding, and a well-equipped bathroom. Food: The food at the hotel was excellent. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of both local and international dishes. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Staff Assistance: The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They responded quickly to requests and offered local recommendations that greatly enhanced my trip. Highlights: What truly stood out was the rooftop pool with a stunning view of the city skyline. The complimentary welcome drink and the efficient room service also added a nice touch to the overall experience. Price: For the level of service and facilities provided, I believe the price was very reasonable and offered good value for money. Location: The hotel is conveniently located near [e.g., shopping malls, tourist attractions, public transport], making it an ideal base for exploring the city or attending meetings.

Situated next to Big Mall, the lounge is a good place for a business meeting. They have a dedicated smoking floor with an outside balcony (not in the room). The food and the price are good. Definitely my first choice for a trip to Samarinda.

Nice room, great service, friendly and kind. But the bathroom smells. The AC was dead, so we stayed without AC for a day. I complained, but they wanted to move me to another hotel. I spent a lot of money staying here, wanting to experience the experience, but I was told to move, and there was no compensation.

The hotel smells good, the room is spacious, the bathroom is also clean, it's just that the AC automatically turns off when the door is opened, so you have to turn the AC on and off.

hotels good.. but the water at bath room little bit smelly.. it might be from the water from the river or soil..

The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and tidy.

Safe and comfortable, hopefully the next time you stay you will get a quantitative discount hehe

Great hotel in samarinda wonderful

dapat kamar yg lantai vinilnya kotor, (sudah minta di pel tp masih tetep kotor). kamar mandi agak bau. Ac ga dingin. dipindah ke kamar lain yg lebih dingin (walaupun ga dingin2 banget), tapi lantainya sama kotornya. kamar mandi juga masih sama agak bau (sepertinya bau saluran pembuangan)

advantages: 1. strategic location and beautiful balcony view of the Mahakam River. 2. adjacent to the mall, easy to find food or shopping 3. quite complete variety of restaurant food disadvantages: 1. This is quite disturbing to me and my family after staying here several times, this hotel seems to be getting used to check-in times above 14.00 with the excuse that the room is not ready, even the last time I stayed, check-in could only be after 15.00. Several other guests at the hotel were seen complaining loudly in the hotel lobby/reception a hotel this big could certainly improve this by adding room service staff, especially if cleaning the room in a hurry the room feels less clean (when I checked in there was hair in the bathroom sink and the bathroom aroma was a bit disturbing) 2. the parking area around the lobby is often full during mall operating hours and the parking distance between cars is quite close, it is a bit difficult if you bring a large car such as a Fortuner or Pajero hopefully it can be an improvement for hotel management. thank you
