Overall okay. The TV screen is cracked. I've been here 3 times and it still hasn't been replaced.

the cleanliness is ruined. there are up to 5 cockroaches, lots of big black ants. the backyard is a mess, very different from the promotional photo, the paranet is torn, lots of stuff lying around. there are no curtains so all the activities inside the house are really visible, very inconvenient for those who wear the hijab. when we arrived, the refrigerator smelled very bad and was not cold, we left the door open first, the smell would subside at night and it could be cold. the front yard is very dirty, across the house there is a chicken coop. the owner is very slow to respond, when we asked for the key. the service from n2k is quite good. the only advantage is the smooth wifi, the rest is very uncomfortable

In a clean villa, complete facilities, smells good, smooth internet + karaoke, cheap price. Need to improve the cleanliness of the front & back yard. The next drawback is related to service. There was no notification from the owner regarding check-in procedures, villa location, key location, so we had to search for it ourselves, calling the number on the billing (of the 3 numbers available & we called, only 1 was picked up).

Nice comfortable okay. You can make cheap subscriptions as well as complete access to strategic tours. Thanks.

The owner is friendly, the house is clean and smells very good, the water heater is normal, which of course you can be free to be rich in your own house. Even the little boy is comfortable being able to bring his favorite bicycle to play in the house. Next time you can stay here again on vacation to Batu.❤️.

Villanya ya standart sebenernya bagian dalam bersih, kamar mandi bersih, mic untuk karaoke perlu diganti kabel, kamar depan kasurnya keras mohon maaf, karena lokasinya mayoritas rumah penduduk jadi kalau mau karaoke agak sedikit sungkan takut ditegur tetangga. Plusnya pemilik villa dan admin N2K fast respon selebihnya bagus dan murah.

Clean, comfortable, okay facilities, owner only communicates via WA but fast response, comfortable environment, only maybe a fan can be added in each room, because when I stayed the weather wasn't as cold as usual. Overall recommended. Thank You

Clean villa, in the middle of Batu City, very close to Jatim Park 1 Transport Museum, Batu Alun, friendly prices, recommended.

The villa is nice, the price is really cheap, there is wifi, karaoke, there is a room behind for relaxing BBQ behind the house.
