I've often used this hotel for rest, but today was a real disappointment. I gave my ID card to help with the hotel's administrative registration during check-in, but when I finished, my ID card wasn't returned. I stayed overnight at the hotel, but I wasn't told that I forgot my ID card. When I checked out, I wasn't given my ID card either. After I left the hotel for work, I was told that I forgot my ID card. I had to go back to the hotel, but it was late and quite a long way to get back. Thankfully, I was still in the same city, but what if I were in another city?

The location is close to the city center and the hotel staff is also friendly, and the hotel room is comfortable for a small family like us 😊 and the hotel room size is just right, the hotel is also clean and there is also aromatherapy. I really like it 😊 and the food is all delicious 😊
