1) The check-in process is complicated, I have to wait for travelio to contact me because the PIC is not on standby at the apartment. 2) I came at. 17.00 but the room is not ready, still have to wait a long time. 3) The room is very noisy because the sound from outside really comes in and sounds very clear, very annoying, I can't rest.
