Friendly staff, spacious rooms, strategic location

The place is comfortable, just far from Indomaret or Alfamart, next time I will stay here again..

Overall the accommodation is good, clean and comfortable. It's just that in room 205 the soap provided is a bit smelly, maybe because it hasn't been used for a long time.

It's close enough to go anywhere. Coincidentally, yesterday I had to go to Soetomo Hospital for treatment and Kawa's location was less than 10 minutes away.

I was a bit hesitant, thinking that a hotel with this price would be ordinary. It turned out to be very clean, the bed wasn't sore, the towels were new, the environment was very clean. There was no sign in front of the hotel but it was easy to find if you saw the photo of the building. The downside is that there is not enough shampoo and a 24-hour Madura stall. There is a mini market at the end of the road after the red light, only a 4-minute walk, but if you're lazy, you can't buy snacks. Super super worth it. The AC is cold, Netflix and wifi are smooth. The mattress is also not a cheap mattress that sags when you sit on it, but the mattress is really comfortable to sleep on. It doesn't smell of cigarettes, there is no seepage of sand or insects. Maintain the quality, I really like staying here, my mother who is usually fussy is calm and doesn't complain to me 😭🙏🏻. Across from the hotel there is a good and delicious coffee shop. The hotel is according to the photo 🙏🏻 the owner is kind and friendly

The front office was not friendly, I was even considered a troublesome guest because I asked for the room to be cleaned every day when I extended it every day. This hotel management also does not have good intentions towards guests when employees make many mistakes.

Semuanya bagus fasilitas oke banget, cuma agak kurang dingin ACnya tp ga begitu masalah, sama kurang gorden buat nutupin kaca atas jadi lampu dari lorong agak bikin silau.

Bersih, nyaman, cuma ac posisinya tidak langsung ke hadapan tempat tidur. Jadi panas.

Kamarnya bersih, wifinya kenceng, airnya lancar, ada pemanas airnya, cuman acnya kurang dingin aja, nanti lain kali kalau ke surabaya nginap sini lagi.

Kamarnya luas, bersih terutama kamar mandinya. Pelayanan juga ramah. Hanya ac nya yang kurang dingin.

Bersih, nyaman dan cukup sesuai dengan harganya. Hanya saja AC butuh waktu lama untuk dingin. 4,5/5.

Enak banget nginep di sini, udah dianggap kaya keluarga sendiri, apalagi malam tahun baru diajak makan bareng, free breakfast juga, ga nyesel nginep di sini, jauh juga dari jalan raya jadi dijamin ga bakal keganggu.
