Advantages: bed fits three people, spacious and clean bedroom & bathroom, 2 clean towels, toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste, soap + shampoo sachets are available, close to Jatos, Unpad, children's boarding house, if you want to find food, there is a food restaurant right across. Disadvantages: AC is not cold enough, no TV remote, no toilet lid (but can still be flushed), swimming pool has not been cleaned.

Pros: Easy to find, ample parking, competitive price, swimming pool. Cons: Wi-Fi doesn't work, bathroom/sink is a bit poorly maintained, roadside room is very noisy, not soundproof, ventilation windows open directly to the outside, TV doesn't work. The sheets and bedcovers need to be refurbished.

For us, RedDoorz accommodation was fun this time and we could sleep soundly.

The location is very strategic in Jatinangor. But... as soon as I entered the room, there was no TV remote, and the AC was missing. I had to ask the staff first. The room was quite spacious, but the TV didn't work, the bed springs were sticking out, the bathroom toilet leaked, and there was a lot of limescale on the floor. Please pay attention to cleanliness.

Please fix the TV channel.. it can be turned on but there are no channels.. the other TVs are fine.

At that time, I rented a room with four beds for 400,000 Rupiah per night. It was cheap, but there was no mineral water provided, no hangers in the bathroom, and no AC remote control, so the temperature couldn't be adjusted.

The AC wasn't cooling, and we informed the receptionist, but they ignored us. We even made a special request for a late check-out, but it was useless. Even asking for a little more time because our parents were still eating was still asked to check out by 12. Hopefully, things will improve in the future, especially the service.

The hotel staff is friendly but not helpful in some things such as the TV not working, the AC remote is problematic, they always answer "wait for the technician tomorrow". And the cleanliness of the hotel environment needs to be improved again.

The blanket is worn out. The large bathroom is quite clean, there is no hood, confused about where to hang it. The hot water doesn't work. The worst thing is the sitting toilet, first you can flush it, then you have to fill the open tank yourself.
