dusty.. on the head.. the towel is old and has holes and the doormat also needs to be replaced, there is no shampoo, toothpaste etc.. there are mosquitoes in the room.. the staff is ok.. friendly

It was my first time & the last time to be in this hotel. Because the experience was so terrible. I deliberately looked for a hotel near helens market, but when I came back to the hotel, the hotel was closed the door and the security got angry to me. Like wth its hotel right. The room is clean, gor TV buat there is jo battery in remote. Ac not cool. All staff was grumpy. Very bad hotel. Got trauma

Clean room, cold AC, safe parking, security. Overall, for a hotel at that price, it's pretty good. The downside yesterday was that the toilet water was always warm, maybe there was a problem with the piping. But I could still take a shower. Then there was the check-in problem. My booking wasn't entered into the hotel system. So I waited for a long time, up to 30 minutes in the lobby. Also, there was a puddle of water in the toilet, so be careful it's slippery. The worker who installed the ceramics was a newbie, so the water didn't drain all of it. Apart from that, everything was okay. Thanks.

AC kamar kurang dingin, pngoprasian tv susah & parkiran kurang luas.

Harga terjangkau, fasilitas oke, banyak tempat buat nyari makan, pelayanan CS juga oke.

Bagus pelayanan nya, ramah. Kamar sebelum nya panas banget, trus lapor buat pindah kamar, dikasih. Jadi mantap dah.

Kamar nya gak kedap suara jadi berisik kalo ada penghuni sebelah ngomong/mandi kedengeran, gak ada lift cuma ada tangga aja, kamar bau rokok.

The rooms are comfortable, just going up to the 4th floor makes it exciting.

Not bad, the location is easy to be found as it's one gate with a korean bbq restaurant. The room is so so, TV and ac works fine, the water run quite slowly, the breakfast was OK in bento boxes that you have to get it at the receptionist, where the room is on 4th floor. The workers are fine, it's just quite hard to ask them things, but they're working well.
