Not a hostel, but more like a run-down warehouse

Very uncomfortable smell and poor facilities all very disappointing.

Pelayanan sangat buruk, udah 1 Minggu di sini seprai ga pernah diganti, kamar 2hari sekali baru di cleaning, masa handuk 1 kamar 1 handuk, kamar mandi juga ga pernah disikat, sering terpleset.

Pelayannaya gak bagus sekali. Tv sama airnya gak hidup. Udah lapaor sama pegawainya cuek aja jawabnya. Nyesal lah nginap di sana.

Kamar nya bau, dan tidak rapi, kelengkapan kamar tidak tersedia dan harus dimintak.

The AC is off, the TV is off, 1 towel and no drinking water

There is no shower water. AC water leaks, dirty sheets, lots of hair loss.

AC is not cold, TV cannot be used, small water.

The bathroom water is dead, I have to wait for more than 1 hour with shampoo and soap on my body, the air conditioner is off, the employees can't serve properly.
