Highly recommended, perfect for a staycation, friendly hotel staff

The staff can be asked for help regarding check in. A little note: the room is a bit lacking, a little different from the picture.

The hotel staff is friendly. Enjoyed staying here.

The room smells, is dirty, there are lots of small animals, and the blanket smells. That's where my body got bumpy. Note: Please pay more attention to cleanliness.

Pros: Near amenities, restos etc Cons: The room floor was not mopped properly. Our feet were covered in black dust upon entering the room. They might have mopped it after the last guests but they shoud have re-mopped the floor before we came. The TV was not working. The receptionist was not friendly.

The water is very small, there are lots of small cockroaches/baby cockroaches, and the shower doesn't produce any water.

Receptionist tell us to check out at 11.00 AM. They say “we want clean the room”. That 's sucks. Don't stay in this place.

The hotel staff was okay, but the room was not clean, the door was hard to open when going in and out, there were no amenities, only 1 towel, the AC was not cold, there were many cockroaches in the room, I didn't feel at home until midnight and when I checked out the deposit money was not there, they said it would be on the TF the next day, but it wasn't on the TF so my husband and I had to go back to get the deposit money, this is the first time Reddorz has been like this.

The service is friendly, the place is nice, clean and comfortable 👍.

The blankets and sheets smelled, like they hadn't been washed. The shower cannot be used for bathing. Still at 11 o'clock I was told to check out.

Pelayanan kurang ramah, belom jam 12 udah di ketok” suru check out, uang deposit gabole tf sekalinya pas co mau ambil uang depositnya malah ga langsung adaa tuh duit. Lama banget di balikin nya. Ga lagii” deh nginep di sini bad.

Untuk kamar lumayan lah, tapi banyak banget kecoak kecil, yang jadi masalah di sini itu uang deposit gak di kembalikan, bilangnya mau direfund via transfer tapi gak ada kejelasan samsek, baru kali ini uang deposit bisa diambil gitu sama pihak penginapan, mana tiap keluar itu kunci kamar harus dititip di resepsionis pulak, kan aneh banget, sumpah ini servicenya 👎 jangan mau nginep di sini, gak bakal dikembalikan itu uang deposit
