Dated December 17, 2024, initially I saw on Google this hotel is a 4 Star Hotel so I made a transaction on travelloka after entering the room it turned out that the facilities in the bathroom only had soap, shells and soap dishes were already rusty, cigarette butts, the AC was not cold, bad towels, telp. The room was damaged, the lock could not be opened from the outside using a card key had to use a manual key even though we were given a card, so if we wanted to enter we had to call the officer, the security was not friendly and even more indifferent
