suitable for those who like vintage traditional vibe. the main facilities operate very well. Diamond E room on the 3rd floor has a minor flaw in the smart lock door, it's broken and the cover is off, the cable is sticking out a bit. but luckily it can still be locked automatically

Cleanliness should be taken care of more, there were a lot of flies in the hotel room

The AC is great, the room is spacious, the hot water works, the wifi is smooth, it's close to a place to eat & there's an Alfamart in front of the hotel. Cool, cool, cool

The hotel staff is friendly, it's close to everywhere, basically it feels like home. The place is quiet. Overall, it's the best.

There is no hot water thermos provided, there is a kitchen but you are not allowed to ask for hot water, so it is a bit difficult to make coffee or instant noodles. If there is no thermos, at least a dispenser should be provided so that you can make coffee, because there is no breakfast provided, so we have to look for it, while the surrounding restaurants are still closed because it is still Eid.

The room are spacy and clean. The shower room needs to be more treated with plasant scent. Since the floor are slippery, a non slip bath mat should be placed between bathroom and bedroom. Unfortunately, they don't serve food, as such we have to place order via Grab Food. More minuses are, the safe box is not functioning. When reported, the receptionist claimed that it has been out of order ever since. The other thumbs down was none of the staff carry any float of money for guests to change their money to pay for food delivery. The plus are, Alfamart convenience store is just next to hotel, that is very useful. The tariff too are much cost saving compare to other properties of its class.

The bed made a sound of iron. I slept because my body ached. I thought again about staying here, the service was rude and rude.

The room view is good since we have got the room with pool next to our room. But the staff not friendly (female one)

The place is nice, close to the food center

I have stayed at this hotel several times since 2017. I was particularly disappointed during my latest stay. There is no longer breakfast. The room is nice as usual, but my room did not get cleaned nor serviced at all during the two week stay. The wifi internet is unstable and disconnects frequently.

When checking in there was no problem, but the downside was that the room was dirty, what's more, right behind the curtains there was all animal feces, when I checked out the staff service (ma'ams who were wearing headscarves) was friendly and the customer service could be repaired, just asked for hot water to make milk The kids just said there wasn't enough and they wouldn't come back to this hotel
