very comfortable, soft mattress, very cold AC

All good, especially for the price. Just a bit unusual that the cleaning schedule is every other day, should be daily.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, the air conditioning is also cold and it is close to Malioboro.

clean and located in the middle of the city... but it's quite narrow for praying in congregation with two people, but if you're alone you can still do it... the cleanliness and friendliness are really good with an economical price

Staying here was nice but after staying 3 nights there was no one to change the bed sheets or clean the room :) you have to talk to the boss first to take out the trash, that's all, the manager said the facilities are good, the showers are working well and there is hot water

The room is clean. The staff is friendly. The hotel is close to the center of the crowd.

The room is clean, but there is no electric kettle in the room. There is a dispenser on the 1st floor (with cutlery and coffee provided). There is also a clean prayer room on each floor

The room is clean, the AC is cold, just when I stayed there, there was a family with a small child who was very noisy downstairs

Strategis dengan tempat tidur yang nyaman.

Tempat nyaman, strategis, kamar bersih, AC kenceng, kamar mandi airnya kenceng banget mantap pokonya, lantai 2 ada Mushola, nyesel cuma nginep semalem 😭😭 next nginep di sini lagi.

Tempatnya bersih enak dan nyaman pastinya deket ke Malioboro 1 km aja ke Bakpia Patok 25 juga dekat.

A quite comfortable place to stay. Everything is quite good. Just the AC isn't cool enough and the bed isn't neat. There were also stains on the sheets even though it smells good. The room is spacious and there are drawers too for store your things. The basin is outside of the bathroom. Bathroom is spacious too but they giving bar soap. Located near Yogyakarta Railway Station and Malioboro street. Parking area is quite narrow when their rooms is full booked.

Clean, strategic location but why is the check-in time starting at 14.00 while the rooms are available and ready. That's all, actually it's nice if it's flexible depending on room availability. So, it won't spend time for guests to wait. Thanks.

Pas nyampe lobby, harumnya bukan main. Tapi pas nyampe kamar, bau pengap dan bau pesing di wastafel. Kasurnya geser sana-sini, gak ada lemari, jadi lebih cocok untuk liburan yang backpacker atau yang gak bawa banyak baju. Untuk kamar mandi alhamdulillah bisa ngerasain air hangat dan dingin, free sabun mandi dan disediakan handuk yang akan diganti per 2 hari sekali. Untuk yang mau nginap di sini, kudu sabar, karena suara motor dan mobil itu kedengaran banget, tapi alhamdulillah tidur tetap nyenyak sih, tergantung kepekaan telinga masing-masing. Untuk kebersihan kamar, kurang banget ya cin, sprei kasur rada kotor, cermin dan wastafel juga rada kotor, tapi buat lo yang cuma numpang kamar doang buat naruh baju, ini sih bukan masalah yang besar sih ya, apalagi dengan harganya yang murah. Btw buat yang mau masak mie, buat teh atau kopi, bisa banget pake air panas yang udah disediain di dispenser, letaknya di lantai 1 yo. Intinya sih, ada harga, ada kualitas, tergantung kebutuhan dan dompet lu masing-masing.
