From Turim Oporto Hotel, you can walk to Livraria Lello (Harry Potter Book Store), Market Bolhao and all the restaurants nearby. A short taxi ride takes you to Dom Luís I Bridge, which is a double-deck metal arch bridge that spans the river Douro between the cities of Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia. Note: Sometimes traffic can increase the time it takes to cover short distances in a taxi. Give yourselves plenty of time to avoid missing tour schedules.

Great location

Was a very noisy hotel with street noise and between rooms. Bar staff didn't even try to help when they saw we were English speaking and even when we pointed to something on the menu they didnt seem to know what it was. 20 min for a drink and we were the only ones in the lounge. Would stay closer to the centre of old porto next time with the quieter restaurants and many to choose from

It was ok for a 1 night stay. 1 lift wasn't operating when we arrived. Early morning shower was luke warm. I expected better for an expensive hotel.

Our stay was okay as the room was clean. Unfortunately we didn't sleep well due to the hotel not having sound proof which meant that you could hear traffic and people walking past throughout the night. It would of been better if there was a plug socket where the kettle was stationed, instead you had to plug it in on the other side of the room and also we had to keep asking for coffee and milk, as this was very limited; the staff were friendly when we did asked.

Very friendly staff. The Hotel is located in a good area with good restaurants and points of interest nearby. The buffet breakfast has lots of good variety of choices.

Very nice hotel. The property, cleanliness, and customer service are all excellent. Although it's not close to the water, but the walk through the city was nice and easy, downhill to the river.

The reception staff were excellent. They were very polite and offered tremendous assistance to our request. We felt like home. The rooms were spacious, tidy and comfortable. We were most impressive with the cleanliness of the rooms and the house keeping staff did an excellent job ! The hotel was a convenient place to stay with restaurants, shops and supermarkets located within walking distance. Glad that we made the right choice to stay in this hotel at Porto ! Definitely value for money ! Will certainly try Turim hotels in other cities !
