like boarding houses, the staff doesn't stay, checking in/checking out is a hassle looking for the staff, the environment is not clean and not comfortable

The location is very strategic, close to Pasar Senen Station. The room is comfortable. Most suggested to install an antenna cable so that the TV can be used. Thank you.

Sorry, the sheets should have been prepared before the guests arrived... even though the place is nice, it's a bit difficult to get in and cars can't get in ☹️🙏

The service is very bad, there is an empty room but they don't want to give it to me on the grounds that check in is after 10 am.

The location is in an alley, the alley is dirty and smelly. There is no proper receptionist, no uniform, noisy with small children, turns out to be a boarding house, no elevator, lots of stained sheets, old bathroom

It's a shame that check-in isn't 24/7, so if you get a train ticket in the early hours of the morning, you won't be able to check in. It's a shame, even though the location is close to the station.

The mattress, pillow, and bed sheets were all dirty and had stains on them.

It was a bit difficult when checking in and checking out and asking for help, because the staff was not on standby at the reception. There was no telephone in the room, there was no tissue and soap in the bathroom, only 1 towel was given and it was quite shabby.

The room is very narrow, not according to the application. The room is only 10 m2 but the application says 20 m2. Very narrow, smelly and stuffy. There is no air circulation. The room is not comfortable. Bad and unfriendly service.

The check in process was fast. The room was quite clean. But there was no hot water (it didn't work).
