Bad experience booking this hotel. I chose this hotel because it was the closest to my family event. I arrived in Lampung quite late at night around 21.30. I tried to contact the hotel to inform them that I checked in late but the number could not be reached. When we arrived there, we were immediately advised to get a refund by the FO officer because the available room was not suitable (hot AC, dirty sheets, dirty bathroom) we were even invited to see the condition of the room first. After we saw it, we decided to refund our order because we brought 2 toddlers who definitely would not be comfortable with the conditions. They even gave us a telephone number to refund which turned out to be the Traveloka call center. At the same time, there were other guests who had the same fate as us, they even booked 5 rooms. Because we were very tired and the children were fussy, we finally decided to immediately look for another hotel and take care of the refund when the conditions were better. When I called to refund Traveloka, it turned out that I had to have proof in the form of photos or videos of the condition of the room where honestly at that time it did not occur to us to take photos or videos. And the app itself said that the hotel refused to refund. So our money for 2 rooms just disappeared. Thank you.
