Dirty house, lots of insects (larons), dirty kitchen equipment, house conditions are also not clean, hot water doesn't work, cloudy water (maybe well water), slow response once we check in, no towels and basic maintenance for toiletries. Complain about the water heater but just followed up when I wanted to check out with an apology. The location is okay, and quite responsive when you want to check in.

Sorry for the shortcomings of our villa ☺🙏. Responding to some of your complaints, 1. There are lots of insects or moths because the area where they are is in season for moths. 2. Hot water is indeed our fault and we have provided compensation for 50% off the next stay in our villa. 3. Towels are not provided because usually villas do not provide towels, unlike the hotel system. 4. On the night you stayed overnight, you asked to buy bath soap and we already bought it. More or less apologize and thank you for the stay and the review ☺🙏.
