The mattress is dusty, lots of hair as if it hasn't been cleaned for a long time. The mattress is curved (the springs are sticking out).

The bed sank, not comfortable at all to sleep on. The dirty gray sheets are actually white, just dirty. The bathroom door is broken and has holes and no hot water. I ordered many rooms but they were the same. I chose via the app, I thought there would be a guarantee of getting a good apartment unit but it turned out to be a dud.

It doesn't match the picture, the mattress is uncomfortable, it feels so flat that it feels like the iron is broken, and there's only one towel, no amenities.

Check-in time is past 12 noon and you have to pay again even though usually there is no such thing 👎🏻 There are no mineral water in the room, usually there are.

Got a room with really cold AC, clogged bathroom, uncomfortable bed, and cleanliness.

Scam room, smelly, door can't be locked, mattress has pee on it, AC is broken, chaotic. Just checked out immediately. Very unfit to live in. The staff is also very irresponsible

I got a room with air conditioning but it wasn't very cold, the spring bed mattress wasn't good, the TV had no signal

The AC has been turned on but it's not cold at all, there's no wifi, and the TV won't turn on.

stay here for work purposes because it is quite close to the workplace. see the photo is clean and the price is cheap. but the actual condition is sad. better upgrade the room and increase the price, it's okay than disappointed clients and should have rested but it became uncomfortable.
