Hello.. I will share my experience while my family and I stayed here. I just want to review this much because honestly I am very happy.. this is the first time I have found a hotel with really good service, starting from the staff, all friendly from the time we arrived, breakfast until we went home, really well served, the environment is quite strategic because it is in the center of Jakarta, the food in this hotel is very complete, guys, there are various kinds. if you stay here, I recommend you to add breakfast too, I swear all the food is delicious. clean and properly cooked, not carelessly, breakfast is available, whatever you want. even instant noodles can be boiled, I am so happy and this hotel is really good for those of you who want to stay in Jakarta. there is also a swimming pool. the kids are happy. hopefully it will always be the best, Hotel Tamarin Jakarta 🥰🥰🥰🥰

There were no towels and towel mats in the bathroom, asked for the answer again in the laundry. It's like guest house class, not a hotel because of the lack of towels and the receptionist's attitude in answering hotel guests' questions, hopefully it will be better in the future. Thank You.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the parking is also safe and comfortable. The bed is also soft and comfortable, only when eating breakfast the main menu is a bit lacking and the receptionist service when called via WA before Lebaran is a bit slow. Everything is really good.

The elevator doesn't reach the basement, it's very difficult to lift things/suitcases, the parking lot is very narrow, the bathroom is dirty, the toilet water is stagnant so it smells really bad, the CS response isn't very responsive. The AC turned off at 2 at night🫡you should pay more attention to maintenance. Hopefully it will be better in the future. Thanks.
