The water drainage in the bathroom is not smooth and clogged, there is no soap for bathing, there is no microwave so you can't heat food, not recommended.

Regarding the microwave, we need to inform you that not all of our units provide it as each unit has different facilities. The actual facility details are already listed on the booking page, and we are also very open to questions before making a reservation. As for bath soap, we do not provide bar soap, but we have provided liquid soap (body wash) as a substitute. Regarding the bathroom drain that was clogged, our team has immediately followed up. The problem did originate from the building system, but it remains our responsibility to ensure guest comfort. We greatly appreciate your input and criticism, and will use it as a basis for our evaluation so that we can provide even better service in the future. Thank you.

There was actually an electric kettle available, but there was a slight cable damage, and we immediately replaced it with another unit after receiving your report. Suitable for a weekend getaway, you can go straight to the Delipark mall too. The facilities are complete and the rooms are also clean and the view of Medan city is really cool. The staff is friendly and helpful. Don't regret your staycation here. Hopefully you can come back.

The rooms are very comfortable, clean, the kitchen equipment is complete, especially if you bring family, it's really recommended, you don't need to get stuck because it directly connects to the mall, after watching midnight you can go directly to your room, it's close to the mall, the pool is wide, the playground is good, you have to try it , 10 star recommendation.
