The bathroom door can't be closed. There was no AC remote when checking in.

first time experience in my life in this hotel: 1. AC remote that is not from the AC, I waited for about 10 minutes, from 10 minutes already followed up by WA, but the service took a long time finally I went to the receptionist and then came (still ok I forgive) 2. HOUSE KEEPING came in the afternoon after Maghrib, with NO CLEAR REASON. shocked because WHY ENTER 3. HOUSE KEEPING ENTER 2x at 12 AM. I complained to the receptionist THE REASON WAS CHECKING THE ROOM, SO UNPROFESSIONAL IF THE ROOM I OCCUPIED WAS ALREADY OCCUPIED. I have no problem with the receptionist's attitude, but I DON'T LIKE THE SERVICE, I ordered an executive one again.. CHAOS.. REALLY A BAD EXPERIENCE FOR ME FOR THE FIRST TIME. MAKES ME TRAUMATIC AND DOESN'T WANT TO GO THERE AGAIN
