if possible, please list the room price + breakfast because the hotel provides breakfast. for economy rooms, please add a water heater. I am sure this hotel will be even better in the future. the distance between the hotel and the airport is very affordable. the hotel staff are also very friendly and helpful. the car park is very spacious.

Regret. Nothing inside does not match the description. Before ordering, think first so you won't be disappointed later. And when I ordered the position on the map near the Silangit airport after I made the payment, it was 7 km from the Silangit airport.

For this price, everything is pretty good.

It was just horrible. Bed was very dirty. They didn't even wash the duvet. (Luckely we got our own stuff to put on the bed) The room smells like mold very disgusting. No Wifi and no hot water. We didn't sleep at all. We are glad that we stayed for just 1 night. We wouldn't recommend this shit Hotel.

Really disappointed with the service, we couldn't get in to check in, the gate was locked, Called security no one came out, called the hotel number was under repair. Really disappointed, we were on tour from Papua on vacation in Medan and transited in Silangit to continue our journey back to Jakarta. The location of the hotel is quite strategic from the airport.

Fasilitasnya tidak seperti yang tertulis di keterangan aplikasi. Tidak ada wiffi, kasurnya dan bedcovernya bau apek. Spreinya tidak sesuai foto aplikasi. Banyak 🐈. Pegawainya kurang bersahabat. Showernya tidak berfungsi dengan baik alias rusak. Splash untuk Toilet tidak berfungsi. Gedungnya sudah tidak terawat. Kamarnya Banyak naymuk. Pokonya parah lah, walaupun kelas reddorz tapi harus dirawat juga.

The facilities are inadequate for hotel standards, the mattress & walls of the room are dirty, the lights are dim, towels & soap are requested first and then prepared, there are no drinks.

Honestly, it's scary and the floor isn't clean. Lots of moths and ants in the lobby. Looks like it's about to close. Sleeping while doing dhikr because I'm alone is scary 🥹.

No TV. There is no hot water. At night when the lights are off, candles are not provided. Still at a very cheap price, if it's just for sleeping, it's okay.

Kami nginap rombongan dengan 3 kamar pesan melalui aplikasi. Kondisi kamar sangat jelek, air tidak lancar, kloset air tidak mengalur, jendela berdebu, selimut/bed cover bau apek, sprei tidak pernah diganti, berbercak. TV, wifi seperti yang dijanjikan tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Karena sudah bayar dan sudah malam, pasrah saja, dan tidak akan pernah lagi pesan untuk hotel ini. Kapok.

I swear the inn is like a horror house, we ordered but didn't end up staying, we looked for a hotel again.

Suka banget karen check in dan check out mudah banget. Ga pake ribet. Recepcionist ramah banget. Kamar juga dengan harga sangat untuk orang banyak sangat nyaman. Tingkatkan kebersihan kamar dan semoga bisa tersedia air panas. Overall sangat memuaskan.
