The initial staff was nice, but the room service was not optimal. Hopefully, the room service will be improved in the future.

The room I stayed in, the mattress had mites 😭 hopefully the cleanliness of the sheets can be considered again when changing them. Wi-Fi was not detected until inside the room.

the room is cramped. can't be locked from the outside... smelly and the bathroom is bad and also paid parking. must deposit and put the ID card really messed up.

The hotel staff is friendly, only the cleanliness of the environment is lacking.

What's wrong with the room, there are lots of pillows, which almost went into my ears when I was resting. The TV is just a useless display, the paint on the walls is peeling, making lots of dust. This is the first time I've slept, the mattress is on the floor, in the end I immediately slept there for only 3 hours. Hilarious

It is highly not recommended to stay here.

Bath water is difficult. Many heights/small animals in bed. No bed. Mattress on the floor

This is the first time I've ever given a bad review. Because it's that bad. I'm actually crying. Take 2 rooms. One AC is off, the other AC is on but it smells of hit and the mattress is big from the bed. So the mattress is sliding like that. The room was dirty, damp, noisy, there was Luna singing in the next room. Sorry

Not as expected. Dirty, damp small room. The bed is not good. Moreover, there are bed bugs and cockroaches. Just entered and had time to sit on the bed for a while, it was itchy, it turned out there were bed bugs. Checked out immediately. Sorry, I didn't have time to take a picture. No smoking but the room smelled strongly of cigarettes.

Fix the room again, it's not complete. The place is not comfortable, the room still smells, fix the bathroom, the room walls and the hotel walls, also provide a car park, just a suggestion because the hotel is a place to rest so it must be comfortable

The bed is smell. We can't sleep proper cause the bed makes it itchy.

This trashy hotel is a place for prostitution, it's really crazy, I intended to book it because it's close to the train station but it turned out to be a total dud
