The room was sooooo hot, I booked 2 nights because I felt uncomfortable and rushed to check out the next day 🥴

I stayed here yesterday for my graduation ceremony at Delihusada, which is right next door. The hotel's atmosphere is pleasant and peaceful, perfect for relaxing.

Executive room but no hot water, dirty sheets not changed, dirty bathroom not cleaned, lots of sawang, TV also only one channel. Worst experience while staying in Medan

The hotel's photos still look nice, large, and colorful, but they seem to be from years ago. This 2025 hotel is in dilapidated condition. The TV only has two channels (TV One and MNCTV). There's no closet, just a hanging stand. They don't even provide a doormat or tissues. There's only one power outlet, and even then, you have to share it with the TV. The room has a large window facing the hallway, which makes noise from outside audible. It's a bit unsafe for a woman staying alone. There's no Wi-Fi password in the room or key, so you have to go downstairs to ask. Even though it's a 3-star hotel, it's still comparable to a 2-star hotel. The staff are friendly. Cleanliness is decent, but the hotel could do some maintenance on the interior; it's really outdated.

Staying here, the lights went out all day and there was no generator, it was a hassle, asking for a refund after 12 o'clock was also really difficult.

It is very nice to stay here at an affordable price, bringing family is very comfortable.

good, strategic location but insufficient parking

+ Hot water, clean towels, clean room - Hard mattress, room not soundproof Perfect for transit, but otherwise, it's just so-so

The location is strategic.. easy to find.. but the staff service is very unfriendly.. when we want to check in we are forced to hand over the car keys where we must be very worried about the safety of our belongings in the car.. the security is fierce.. the hotel is dark and not very clean..
