The room is quite comfortable, although the cleanliness of the towels needs to be improved because they are a bit smelly. The bathroom is clean. The service is quite good. Hopefully it will be better in the future.

The mattress is not very comfortable, maybe it could be better in the future.

The room we were given had a window facing the back of the train station, so we didn't sleep well all night because it was noisy. Be careful when staying at this hotel.

Spacious parking area. The surrounding area is quiet and not noisy.

Toothbrushes & paste are not provided, so you have to buy them outside, the only receptionists who are really informative are those on the night shift (gentlemen who wear hats). Tissues are not provided here either.

Di aplikasi katanya ada pintu sambung. Gak ada sikat gigi dan odol, gak ada gula kopi teh. Nyolokin teko pemanas masa bilangnya pake kursi karena gak nyampe. Di kamar 1 nya yang no 107 malah gak ada tatakan teko pemanas. Sarapan pagi dianterin ke kamar kirain patasmanan. Jangan kamar lantai atas. Cape gak ada lift.

The service is very friendly at all, you can get 2 minerals and there are facilities for boiling drinking water, many TV channels don't turn on, sometimes the hot water for bathing sometimes doesn't work, the towels are smelly, the bed sheets have lots of dirty spots.

Overall the location is comfortable, not noisy. Only from my experience that night there was a room where the mattress had lots of insects (bed bugs/mites) and not just 1, the eggs were also all over the sidelines of the mattress under the pillow 😭 the first time I entered the room I already smelled a bad smell it's delicious like the smell of cockroaches / insects like that. It's just that maybe because the air conditioner hasn't been turned on, but after a few hours later how come it feels like someone is walking around on the body, then my hands are red and itchy. And then when you open the pillow, there are lots of bed bugs that are really red. Many. There was even a blanket on it, luckily it was only the hand that had been bitten. For input from the hotel, please keep it clean, especially if the mattress must be cleaned. Blankets too. Because it is very detrimental to the customer. Moreover, it's about the cleanliness of the mattress / room. Sorry for not including a photo because seeing it like that is amused and uncomfortable. For okay service, then replaced with a clean room without fleas. It's just that for cleanliness it has to be improved again and again.

Around 3 am, there was a sound like a water pump, very disturbing.

Good, clean, very friendly service, you have to come here all the time, the hotel is new, clean, top of the line.
