Dirty pillows. Dirty bathroom, leaking sink. Leaking shower. AC not hot. No drinks provided. Compared to RedDoor in Tanjung Sari, cheaper price, hotel facilities and clean.

Very happy to stay here, in the middle of the city, vehicle access is very fast/easy👍👍

I ordered 1 ordinary bed for 2 people, but this can't. Then I asked the receptionist for an opinion but there was none. Ok that was my mistake. When I ordered another room, my room didn't have towels. I've asked the receptionist for 3 times but they weren't delivered. Don't really recommend lodging here. Don't stay here, it's bad, I don't really recommend it.

The rules are really bad, there is no description if you rent a hotel room for one person. Because I rent 2 rooms because there are three of them. The staff said the room I chose was for one person if not, order another room or upgrade to a bigger room, it's strange that all room rentals are for a maximum of 2 people, very bad service. Asked to borrow an iron is not provided. Never order for you.

The receptionist was curt, the room was dirty and itchy, the bathroom was also dirty.
