This villa was our second choice after previously staying overnight at another villa, still in the same housing complex. Initially we were confident with this villa, so we immediately booked for 2 days. There was no staff to accompany us during the check-in process. We waited a while, so we had to contact the villa owner first. But there was still no response. Until finally we contacted the app customer service and it was followed up quickly. Check-in was successful after we accidentally found the villa key on top of the electricity meter. Oh my God After staying for 1 day, we are now walking around enjoying Batu city. Suddenly the villa owner asked if we had checked out? We were confused and clarified to the owner that we had booked for 2 days. Why didn't we check and recheck first? Cleanliness inside the villa Cleanliness outside/terrace Facilities Room size Unfortunately, the cleanliness around the villa is not well maintained. There is a pile of cat feces on the terrace that is left. The atmosphere is calm, but at night you can smell the smell of a cow shed. Maybe because it is close to the village, considering the location of the villa is right on the corner. Adjacent, only separated by a dividing wall between the housing and the residents' houses. The rooms on the 2nd floor are spacious and clean. But the downside is when the side window of the room is opened, there is a smell of chicken coop. It turns out that downstairs is adjacent to a chicken coop owned by a resident.

Comfortable villa, easy to reach, quiet for resting, complete cooking utensils, there are mobile food sellers, the only drawback was that the hot water in the dispenser didn't work and the warm water in the bathroom above was not felt. Recommendation to stay again.

Okay service and full facilities for families.

Location in a comfortable housing complex, lots of mobile food sellers, clean and tidy unit. The bed is comfortable, complete facilities like an apartment/house. Only the water heater doesn't get hot enough if you use the shower, so you have to put it in a bucket first to shower with warm water. There's gallon water too. Near the Jatim Park rides.

Of the many villas that have been occupied, the Bazargan villa is the best💕. The view is really beautiful, the water is smooth, most importantly clean and well maintained🫶🏻. Next holiday here again☺️
