Delicious, close to the crowds, there is a bar in front of the hotel, a lot of food streets are very close.

Staying at a good hotel feels pleasant because from the start you are warmly welcomed upon check-in, the room is clean and comfortable with complete facilities, the staff service is always alert, there are small attentions that make guests feel appreciated, the hotel atmosphere is calm and safe, and the check-out process is easy and fast.

Friendly staff, close to many restaurants and other attractions. Many guests stay here, so it's not too crowded.

The room is spacious, the AC is cold,,, it's just a bit dark in the room... then the hassle is having to update the card every day,, even though I'm staying for 3 hours, the card shouldn't be per day,, the location is okay, there are lots of night pubs around there, not suitable for bringing the family... there's also a deposit of 100RM and a tax of 30RM, but overall it's ok

Enjoying the place. Near from Bukit Bintang and food area. Nice and good facilities. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

I booked a twin room but it was fully booked, so upon check-in I was given a family room for 2 million rupiah for 1 night, with a bathtub that fits 4 people, and I was given another 2 days. 😁 The service is excellent, this is my second time staying here.

The area around the hotel is very strategic, in front there is a bar where you can watch live English Premier League football while drinking, Alor's food stalls are very close, the road to the Pavilion is close, there are many places for reflexology.... Really great.

All the staff was very friendly, the room was very clean.

Pro: very near to city centre (pavillion mall, lot 10, tourists sites, food, etc), very near to MRT station. smooth check in and check out. worth the price. Cons: cannot sleep well, the room is NOT soundproof. surrounding area full of night life and music too loud.
