I've stayed at this hotel several times, but the last experience was a bit surprised when I entered the room, because the request on Traveloka asked for one with a window, but it turned out that the room was on the inside. There was a small window on the upper wall, only slightly open. My suggestion is to add curtains so that visitors are not disturbed by the light coming in. Then the most shocking thing was when I entered the room, the sheets were wrinkled, dirty and smelled a bit musty. So I had to spray perfume first before I could sleep. For the Siti hotel staff, they can check the cleanliness of the room (such as sheets, bathroom, etc.) again before there are new guests, hopefully they can improve to be better ^^

The hotel is close to the city center, campus and town square. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, the room facilities are good, the AC is cold, the mattress and sheets are clean, the only downside is the mattress with a squeaky bed frame, if you are alone it is not a problem. The swimming pool is clean and comfortable. Highly recommended and will stay again, hopefully the price is always worth it.

The hotel is aesthetically pleasing, but I got a room with no hot water. I didn't get a view either. The AC was cold. The drain in the bathroom was clogged so there was stagnant water that caused an unpleasant odor.

The room had difficulty getting a mobile/wifi signal, especially in the corners, or coming in again. The bathroom in the regular class doesn't have warm water, the mattress blanket is thin, there is no Qibla direction marker in the room.

Check-in hours were stiff, arrived at 13.00 and still couldn't get in because the room was full, after entering at 14.00, it turned out that the room was just normal as if it hadn't been cleaned, which means there were no previous guests, and in front of the room door there was tissue spilled so it looked dirty, spacious rooms, no water heater which should be priced above 200 has become the main facility. Just a suggestion that check-in hours be more flexible so that guests don't wait long in the lobby if a room is available, because it will give a bad image just because of something trivial and then get no review.
