The staff was nice and friendly. I checked out at 12:30PM but he agreed not to charge me extra money. The room was tidy and big. Bed was super comfortable. No strange smell at all. The wifi and AC worked well. The hotel was near a lot of nice coffee shops, as well as restaurants and convenience stores. Yet, it was a bit far from the city center. And please be notice that the hotel is located in a small alley, so the car wouldn't fit in.

In general, it is quiet here, the room space is clean, the room layout is airy and reasonable. The balcony of the 3rd floor room looks a bit cramped, but it's okay because it's in an alley so I think it's still ok. The reception hall sometimes has a rather unpleasant smell. The cleaning of the room is not careful and neat, in the following points: - During the stay (about 1 week), I put up the cleaning sign for about 5 days, but sometimes it is cleaned and not. After 1 day of not being able to clean it, I realized that from next time I have to learn from experience and hang up the sign and remind the receptionist every time I go out - usually I can't refill 2 bottles of mineral water, even though I was told this was a benefit for the room I booked. I mentioned it more than once. - One day I saw that the room was cleaned but the trash bags were not changed. In addition, there is a problem I saw in a few reviews before booking the room, and experienced it myself, which is that the WIFI is TOO WEAK, I went out on business but could barely work in the room, I always had to go somewhere else. I hope the owner will note and fix the above points soon to improve the service.

Suitable for long term stay, comfortable and quiet room. Easy to find address.
