Very very disappointed, not as expected. The room was musty. No Wi-Fi. They said it was broken.

I suggest not to stay at this hotel, the receptionist is very unfriendly, the receptionist did not want to accept our package order, the room is dirty with lots of bedbugs, if you don't believe me, try staying here, especially the room on the middle floor, there are lots of bedbugs that make you itchy.

Good hotel with affordable price. However, I cannot connect to Wi-Fi and the lift is little bit scaring.

The hotel staff was not friendly and when I checked in I was asked to pay an additional 10 Malaysian Ringgit.

Tidak ada tenggang rasa terhadap waktu check out, padahal barang kita sudah dipacking. Tidak dberi air minum. Tidak akan menginap di sana lagi jika ada kesempatan ke KL. Memang harga sesuai kualitas.

The hotel is just nice and clean, the reception are good and friendly but need to speak in english since they are from Sri Lanka. Just need to improve in every room need a kettle. Also this hotel in my views are okay if you want to stay for 2/3 days there.

Hotelnya dekat dengan sungai wang, dekat dengan pavilion. Ke pavilion jalan 5 menit aja. Banyak tempat jualan makanan muslim. Ac nya dingin kayakny ac central gak bisa dikecilin jadi dengan banget. Kamarnya bersih. Kamar mandi bersih ada air panasnya. 1 malam kena charge 10 RM jadi kami 4 malam 40RM. Tidak ada deposit. Tp ada penambahan uang.

Penginapan berada strategis dekat dengan pavilion dan jalan alor. Untuk lokasi penginapan sendiri berada di sebelah kanan sleeping lion suites.

Menyenangkan, lokasi dekat rapid KL, mau kemana-mana dekat, jalan 5 menit udah sampai di mall Isetan dan alor food street.

It was good stay. The room was decent enough for 3 and had a clean washroom. Of course its a small space but not a big deal. The staff was nice too. Very strategic location, walking distance to Pavilion and times square, with mutiple restaurants nearby.

My money was not returned.

Booking a Family Room is very good. Got a balcony, very satisfied staying here. If you want to go to KL, you will definitely stay here again. Very strategic location. Near the pavilion.

So far so good and nice. Good staff.

Cleanliness is not maintained, bathroom with damaged ceiling, pay attention to taxes.

The rooms are clean, the location is strategic with culinary delights.
