If you consider booking the breakfast, please don't. Food was almost empty every time I went down to breakfast, the waiters didn't pay attention to refill the food & drink. For the price itself, they could offer better free facilities, free buggy only available one way, even other hotels that have cheaper prices can offer drop off and pick up.

This is my second time staying at Pure Eleven ✌️ The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and some of them are fluent in Indonesian too, so I can come back to stay here again 😊👍

The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. The receptionist, named "Am," was very friendly, and there was a friendly bell boy who spoke fluent Indonesian (sorry, I forgot his name 😅).

hotel is really convenient if u want to stay in a tourist area, however, it gets really crowded to go out/in to the hotel. the staff only cleaned the bed during their cleaning, not sure if they are afraid to touch guest staff or what but they can simply throw our food or drinks. but maybe its their policy.

The hotel is new and clean. The location is great so that you can walk to several malls (Platinum, centralwOrld, BigC,...) and a lot of local restaurants nearby. One of my rooms was filled with smoking smells, but the staffs quickly helped to change the room. Breakfast is not very diverse, but enough. The main street is under subway construction so we suffered traffic jams. Overall, the hotel is great.

When I first arrived, I was immediately greeted and helped with my luggage. The hotel staff was friendly and willing to help me move my luggage to the next hotel (stayed at the next hotel). The room and hotel area were clean. However, the breakfast was standard and the taste could be improved. There's buggy service to three locations. Just drop off, not pick up.

It's really noisy 😔 I can hear people talking from the other room really clearly, and the vehicles on the road. But the staffs are really nice 🥰

The hotel is really good, brand new and clean, the water is clean, I got 4 rooms, I got an upgrade to room corner 801 and near the market. Sadly, it's only available for one day. I wanted to extend but it was full.

Honestly, I have been to BKK many times, this is a cheap hotel that is quite spacious and friendly. Got a one-way baggie to take us to our destination. Got a quick check-in because the room was ready at 11:00. I will be back.

The staffs here are so friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit far from the MRT so I recommend you call for the taxi or grab. Hotel offers buggy service to nearest MRT station too.

The room is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, and it's convenient to take the train from the airport to the train stations, not too far away. Okay with the rent. Will come back if I go to Thailand again.
