Last year I came here in 2024, I'm coming again in 2025. Last year I got a spacious room where the kids could even play ball in it, but this year I got a room that was just right. But it's not about the size. I got room 201. When I entered, the stench of stinky shit made me want to vomit. After reporting it to the receptionist, they responded and an officer came to handle the problem, but in my opinion, the handling was only 80% because I could still smell the smell from the bathroom. The Asyana Hotel staff were very friendly and informative, and check-in and check-out were quick. We stayed in a deluxe double room with a balcony overlooking the pool, allowing us to keep an eye on the kids swimming. The facilities were quite affordable, but the extra bed wasn't very comfortable; it was a bit hard, and it felt like a hospital bed. If you stay here again, I'd definitely book a deluxe double room. The room was quite spacious, and the kids could play on the floor. The restaurant is on two floors, which makes climbing up and down the stairs a bit risky, especially for small children and the elderly. The breakfast menu isn't very extensive and isn't popular with children, but that's okay because there are plenty of culinary options around the hotel. Oh, and the chicken soto is highly recommended. The kids enjoyed their stay at Asyana, swimming and playing in the water. They also enjoyed watching Netflix, which kept things interesting. For those who can't stand the cold, we recommend bringing a jacket, as it gets quite chilly at night. Thank you, Asyana. We hope to return on your next vacation.

Staying at Asyana Hotel Sentul was very satisfying. The room facilities were good, the room was spacious, the AC was cold, there was more than one welcome drink in the refrigerator in each room, the prayer room was large, the children's play area was also good, the yard was spacious, the swimming pool was very kid-friendly. The cleanliness of the room was not well maintained. When we arrived at the room, we were greeted by lots of small ants. When we moved the bed, there was also a lot of rubbish underneath, such as hair and leftover snacks. In the end, we asked housekeeping to sweep again. The floor was also not very clean. The sheets and pillows also had lots of stains. Please improve the cleanliness of the room.

Overall, the hotel condition is very good for this price. Parking is spacious, the rooms are very spacious, the swimming pool is clean, there is a balcony, the service is very fast response, the only downside is that the bathroom would be better if some fragrance was added, and the wifi is not very fast.
