My three-night stay at Niwa Canting was truly comfortable. The room was spacious, and the mattress, pillows, and linens were made of top-quality materials, allowing me to sleep soundly. The fried rice was quite tasty, but its location is a bit hidden, making it difficult for people to find. I got lost while searching for it on Google Maps, as I was told to turn off before reaching Jl. Rowosari.

Actually the staff is friendly and kind. But there was an incident where a staff member suddenly opened the door without knocking first, at that time the door was not locked because he had been out for a while. When the incident happened, my wife was not wearing the hijab and was wearing casual clothes, her private parts were visible. So impolite! Only at this point is it disappointing... and the staff only apologized modestly, as if it was a trivial matter. Hopefully this can be a lesson for the future. The other points are good, so it's really worth it to stay here, it's just necessary to always lock the room, so you don't experience an incident like mine.

Hotel hiden gem in Tembalang, Semarang. The location is easily accessible and the rooms are comfortable, the hotel yard is clean and good for taking pictures, and can be used for other events too, kids friendly because there is a fish pond, only 1 resto is not open until night and at night the receptionist is no longer there, there is only security and if possible the lights should be turned on downstairs because there are many batik canting places so it is dark and looks deserted. But for the hotel, we are very happy to stay there and the hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is suitable for staying with family. Thank you.

The real hidden gem, masuk ke gang perkampungan gitu dan gak expect ada penginapan sebagus dan sebersih ini dan yang paling penting murah banget woy, dari harga kamar sampe makanannya murah-murah. Staffnya juga ramah dan gercep, minusnya cuma menu makanannya gak banyak yang available mungkin karena lagi libur lebaran kali yaa, but so far i really recommend this place, apalagi untuk singgah sejenak dari perjalanan mudik yang melelahkan.
