Excellent facilities in every way. Quick and courteous check in and check out; very pleasant and knowledgeable staff in the lobby and on my floor; and very available transportation to anywhere I desired to go for a reasonable fee.

Very busy property on weekends can’t get loungers and people everywhere

The hotel is nice, pools are nice, breakfast and dinner are poor and not tasty at all.. it was better eatting in resturants...

Lovely hotel close to beach and nice restaurants. Staff were always really helpful and friendly.

Good location, sub 10 min walk to the mall albeit very tight walk way side of hotel with a buggy with an exit road from the hotel running next to it. Other than that great hotel. Private beach is 5 mins walk away and has plenty of beds. I had 1 bed apartment - bed is huge and room has all the facilities you would expect other than a bath tub. Hotel was not very helpful or willing when asking for anything outside of what you have paid for. I asked for a room with bathtub but they wanted more money than I paid for my stay and there was no willingness to discount the upgrade.

Really great location, beach clubs, restaurants and a mall across the road. The hotel is beautiful and the staff in all areas are excellent and really friendly.

Lovely hotel, great location

It was overbooked. The hotel was so busy we couldn't get in the elevator. We had to take the stairs, but the stairs get you outside the building and then you have to walk 5 minutes to reach the lobby from the street. As Expedia gold member we usually get an upgrade but this time it was impossible and I think we got the worst room in the entire hotel. It was so low and so noisy that we could not sleep for more than 1 hour straight. We asked several time to change room bu nobody seem to care about our request. They told us, we will call you. But never get any call. I would not come back to this hotel never again in my life.

Hands down best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Would not look elsewhere when going Dubai. Amazing location, facilities, honestly unreal place. Sports bar, the free access to beach bar and 305. Rooftop pool, breakfast amazing. Staff are amazing.

This was my first trip to Dubai and I was celebrating my birthday. The NH Collection Collection Dubai The Palm was simply superb. Upon arrival, my room was not ready (as before 3pm) but once I was checked in, they upgraded me to a 1 bedroom apartment which was welcome surprise. The apartment was quiet, spacious with all amenities and the bed/linens were so comfortable! Everyone at the hotel was so warm and welcoming, I truly felt I was at my second home immediately. The hotel is close to EVERYTHING, including a short walk to the beach and a fabulous mall (Nakheel). The breakfast buffet was included in my room package and was fantastic! The hotel rooftop pool was amazing with breathtaking views. I would begin my days at the pool and end my evenings in the sports bar. The staff went above and beyond! Special thanks must go to Malati, Michael, Muhammad, Faith, May, Monsour and Punjab. Their knowledge & service was world class but more importantly their kindness and generosity of spirit is what made my trip into that of a lifetime. I can’t say enough about this fabulous group especially Malati who always made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you to all for taking such care of me during my stay. I will return because of each and every one of you! 10/10 for the hotel, 1000/10 for Malati, Michael, Muhammad, Faith, May, Mounsour and Punjab.

Stay at NH Collection was so nice and i cant find single thing to complain. I want especially give my thanks to Putri at front desk, as she helped me, with my extra day stay. She made process so smooth and without glitch. All personal at hotel are so nice. Rooms clean, food variety for everybody something Thank you NH Collection for making my stay so memorable, definitely my next to Dubai trip , will be at your hotel again.
