There was a lawson in the bottom that i ate at a lot while here.

Staff is super nice and will help you with everything you need. Will definitely stay again

The front staff were lovely and so helpful!! Very happy to have stayed here for Star Wars Celebration. Happy to have such a great service during our first time in Japan.

Nice and new hotel about 30 mins from Narita Airport (with Limousine bus). Big mall about 20 mins (walking) away. Hotel room are small but clean and have all the amenities.

Excellent hotel with excellent facilities. The rooftop hot spring is large and there is an indoor and outdoor section. The breakfast is also very good, with two styles to choose from: Western (buffet) and Japanese (kaisen-don). Last, there is a Lawson connected to the hotel and the train station is 5 mins walk. At the train station, there is a bus that will take you to either Narita or Haneda airport (~45mins), and if you want to go to Tokyo, it’s also around 1h of transit time.

Good value for money.

Super friendly and helpful staffs, great breakfast, building is a little aged, well maintained though! Easy access from JR, walking distance to the Grand Mall shopping complex! Less hustle and bustle than Tokyo downtown, but very accessible from Narita airport. Will stay there again in the future!

So close to train station and variety of restaurants in this area, close to airport bus stop.

Convenient location, close to Outlets, train station, about 5 minutes' walk to Airport shuttle stop at Hotel Springs Makuhari, 15 minutes or less walk to convention center, LAWSON connected to hotel lobby. Two restaurants on the first floor, but 5 mins walking to PLANIA restaurants building with more choices. Typical tiny hotel room without a proper working desk.

Convince to go anywhere

Only drawback is the room is very small but location n convenience makes it a good option Staff are very helpful, welcoming and polite!

I asked for earlier check in because I arrived really early and the staff are willing to accommodate!

It is a great place to stay. It is clean and new although the room is a bit small. The public bath on 9th floor is great too. I will stay here again if I have a plan to Makuhari.

All the staff were accommodating, polite, and helpful.! The train station and the Narita international airport station are walking distance to the hotel.

部屋が変えたくてチェックイン前に聞いた値段と後の値段が全然違ったので泊まってた間はイライラしてたいい宿泊じゃなかった。
