Lovely hotel in a good location

Excellent location, friendly staff, very good shower. It was very warm and the AC did work but took time to get to the desired temperature.

This hotel's condition is beyond my expectation for the price level. The room is very nice with style. Staffs are friendly and attentive. The only problem is that it is a little off located for tourists. However, the price reflects the location.

Really nice property in a good location with good breakfast and very helpful staff. Only issue was the lights in our room didn’t work well and the bathroom lights went out all together on the last night

Just came back from this hotel, honestly one of the best hotel to stay at, the staff were super friendly and helpful and provided a really great service. The hotel is walking distance to the centre of Palmer where all the shops are and walking distance to loads of great bars and restaurants. The roof pool is just incredible not a massive pool but plenty big enough for a gentle swim to cool off and you get a stunning view as you do, would absolutely love to come back to this hotel.

Super friendly and helpful service; great facilities.

We loved staying here - it was convenient to the ateas we wanted to visit, and the staff was super helpful. It’s on a plaza with a playground so if you want to go to bed early best to get a room in the back since the kids play until dark. The bathroom had a faint cigarette smell, so good not to keep the doors closed. The food in the little cafe/bar was nice. I was able to get a massage to help my leg pain from walking all day, with just a half- hour notice. They even fixed the broken wheel on my suitcase. Note - in all of Palma there is a lot of smoking at restaurants, outdoors.

Great hotel in a good location a short walk from the centre. Excellent facilities, roof top pool area great for relaxing.

Great short break in Palma. JS Palma Plaza was a perfect stay for us. The rooftop pool was lovely and very chilled. The hotel was spotless, the decor stylish and price of food and drinks was very reasonable. Staff were amazing. I can’t fault the hotel at all. 10 out of 10. 👌

Great hotel

Loved my stay, receptionist was so nice. The indoor pool is little and cold but the steam room was perfect, nice and relaxing environment. Slept so well, woke up nice and refreshed for the next day. One bus to and from the airport which is a 6 min walk from the bus stop. (A1 bus)

Great restaurant and staff

Altough our room was very very small it had a balcony which was an upgrade paid for. A room preferable for a single. The heat/ac was not fonctionning well in december and all the rooms were at 24 degrees, too warm. The price, the absolutely great breakfast included, the sauna, the good King bed, the location compensated for the small inconveniences.

The service was excellent and the breakfast good. Things that could improve would be a door into the toilet and an instrction how to regulate the temperature in the room. It was very cold in the room and we had problems to change it. The cleaninglady didnt know how to change it.

A great little find, centrally located and within close walking distance of the city centre. A well decorated and maintained hotel with a luxury feel. Staff are fantastic, especially Irene and Simone - super friendly and dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience - nothing was ever too much trouble! Highly recommend this hotel and will certainly be back myself!

Vi hade ett rum med balkong ett av 5 rum som erbjöd det. Vi uppskattade det verkligen. Rummet var dock aningens för litet. Svårt att hitta plats för resväskorna när man hade packat upp.

Great arrival Service. Verry friendly and good german speaking women. Was every morning great to see her smile when the elevator door opened. The rooms are perfect. The breakfast was not absolutly top. I prefare buffet.
