I have been traveling in Europe on business for over 30 years. This is one of the most comfortable and clean places I have ever stayed. It is very noce and in a great location. Staff was very helpful. Extremely clean.

Everything was perfect

Very clean, modern and spacious apartment with comfortable beds, excellent kitchen and bathroom and a great Mountain View from the balcony as a bonus. Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff.

The hotel was very nice but it was strange that we could not control the temperature in the room even though we had a thermostat. When we asked about it, we were told the office controls it. The location was idea as there is a beautiful board walk along the water front with good restaurants etc.

It is a beautiful property and great location. 10 minute walk to the train station. Close to the beach and shopping. Very friendly staff.

Well maintained facility. Clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff nice and friendly. Rooftop with 2 jacuzzi’s very nice. Truly an apartment setting with all necessary equipment. Also plenty of places to eat near by. Loved the pizza place they recommended. Quite and easy to come and go. Close to train station. Our room 205 was huge. The beach is close but very busy.

This place was better than I could have hoped for - so very new and modern in an ancient place. Best of all worlds. Incredible blackout shades. Very effective AC. Walking distance to all Viareggio has to offer (the beaches!). Shout out to Giacomo! Before our visit we reserved two different beach clubs - Bagno La Pia was excellent as was the restaurant there. Bagno Amedea was not great - they overcharged not realizing I had a reservation and did not apply the 10% discount (coupon from Vu Suites) for the new services either.

A wonderful building with clean, comfortable and well equipped suites. There was a little mix up with our room allocation but it was resolved promptly. Staff are friendly and efficient. Its minutes from the beach and about ten minutes to the train station so is an ideal base for exploring surrounding Tuscan towns. We will definitely stay again

Modern and very confortable hotel. Everything we could need was there. However there is no restaurant in the hotel but many good options nearby.

A lovely modern, clean and very comfortable apartments. 10 min walk from the station and a 5 min walk to the beach. The beds were very comfortable, rooms had great aircon and electric shutters to block out all light. Very stylish, clean, and spacious for a family of four. Would stay again and again - loved it!

Everyone was very friendly. Establishment was super clean.

Second weekend staying here and highly recommended. Staff are great, rooms are fabulous. My only complaint is the tv logs off every time you leave the room so you need to reset it to the likes of you tune and what you were watching every time which was time consuming!

Can’t rate and rave enough how great this hotel is and the staff extra friendly as well very helpful. Will stay here again.
