Logement confortable 👍

My husband and I travelled more than nine hours from Mississauga, Ontario, to Rouyn-Noranda to attend my aunt's memorial service. Because this trip was very important to our family, we carefully selected the Deluxe Loft based on the listing's photos and description. When we arrived, the accommodation we received did not match the room layout we believed we had booked. We contacted the property immediately to explain our concerns and provided photographs when requested. After reviewing the photos, we were informed that another room with the layout we expected was available, but changing rooms would require an additional payment. By that point, we had already spent more than an hour trying to resolve the issue. We attempted to sleep in the room that was provided, but the bed was too uncomfortable for us to get any meaningful rest. With an important family memorial the following morning, we ultimately decided to leave and book another hotel so we could get the sleep we needed before the service. I am sharing this review so future guests carefully compare the room they are booking with the accommodation they receive upon arrival. My experience did not match my expectations, and despite trying to resolve the situation directly with the property, we were unable to reach a satisfactory solution.

Il est spaciaux ,lumineux et propre

Propreté à revoir, vaisselle mal lavé, la douche avec de la moisissure, le stationnement à l’arrière ressemblait à un dépotoir, on a dû trouver un autre endroit de stationnement. Bref très déçu de cet endroit et réveiller vers 3:15 par des fetards et le tout c’est terminé vers 5:30…

Pour un séjour d'une nuit, le loft est très confortable et propre. Le seul inconvénient : le stationnement inclus/gratuit derrière la bâtisse laisse à désirer. C'est sale et nauséabonde à cause de plusieurs bacs de poubelles qui débordent. On s'est stationné à la Place de la citoyenneté situé à quelques secondes de la bâtisse.

The unit itself was on the third floor for a senior very difficult to handle. At this time it was an awful construction zone. I was instructed to enter from the back of the building. There was no access from the back of the building bad communication on that subject. So I had to go find another parking space. And take a taxi to go get my car at departure. All around it was an awful experience. The unit itself was very clean!

Comfortable beds and nice and quiet for a great sleep. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place.

Tout était parfait. Mais il manquait je dirais une table à côté du lit. Et la prochaine fois, je vais prendre un avec salon et chambre fermée.

Good place. Fully functional kitchen. Air conditioning. Parking avaliable. Apartment is in the second floor and can only be reached through stairs.

Good stay. Bed was very comfortable. Nice kitchen, not really well equipped, But adequate. .

Bed aren't comfortable

Room was supplied with extra sheets and blankets wrapped in sanitary wrap, washer and dryer in bathroom and full kitchen with a fully usable smart tv. It was a good place to stay.

Toile daraigner en haut de la douche cabinais non fixer

C'est un loft du genre moderne. Par contre, les escaliers étaient enneigés pour se rendre tout en haut (pas évident avec des bagages). De plus, ce n'est pas insonorisé. On entendait très bien le monsieur dans le loft en face. Le fond de la douche était sale (poils et saletés).

Ses pas vraiment se qu’on voit sur les photos sur le site internet tellement dessus que j’ai loué autre chose

Très mauvais rapport qualité prix ! Publiciser “suite de luxe”est totalement exagéré! Aucun luxe . Vieux mobilier et odeur de renfermé . Pas possible de regarder la TV “intelligente” Ne pas payer ces prix ! ☹️
