I was surprised the hotel didn't have a swimming pool or a jacuzzi. I accidentally left a new swimsuit in the room. I called the hotel when I realized it, but they said they didn't find it. Obviously, the house cleaner found it and kept it. My fault for leaving it.

Great staff. This has been my third time staying at this property and the staff has been excellent every time.

Our family of five had a great long weekend in St. Louis with the hotel as a homebase. It is close to public transportation, easy to walk around Clayton, but parking is an extra charge per night if you bring your own car.

Enjoyed the time there - very friendly staff.

The hotel was extremely clean, which you don’t see that often today. The front desk staff was excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

Best hotel we’ve stayed at in the area so far. The room was spacious, hotel was clean and nice, and the neighborhood is great. Only thing that could be better is parking, which is next door. Overall recommend highly!

The breakfast is very good and staff is nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Night shift front desk people were horrible and you had to walk 3football fields just to get to parking then our key card never let us out and had to keep parking again and going to get some one to meet us at gate,,,,was pathetic

Carrie and staff were above and beyond. I stayed in Ritz near this location in the past, and I will never go back to The Ritz C. This place surpasses any place I have ever been to in St . Louis. Thank you for the best experience

Overlooks beautify Shaw Park and walk to many Clayton restaurants and Straubs... a local boutique grocer for amazing prepared foods.
