I believe the hotel it’s quite new from its facilities. The room is clean, and they have hardwood floors instead of carpets which I prefer. Staff are friendly. The hotel is very close by a large mall, around 3 mins walk. Don’t expect much view from the room, it’s mainly surrounded by roads. Sound proof though, can’t hear the traffic at all. The only thing I didn’t like was the scent of the body wash. The shampoo and conditioner smells ok but the body wash smells a bit weird. I ended up using shampoo to wash my body. Also I didn’t like they use refillable bottles for body wash, shampoo and conditioner where guests can open up the bottles themselves. It’s good for the environment for not using one time use plastics but it makes me feel like it’s not as sanitary. Overall the hotel is good. Clean, good price, close to the mall the restaurants. I’d stay here again.

最基本咖啡粉沒有提供要通知職員才俾你另外沖涼熱水水力不足

非常棒！地點都算方便，地鐵站就在酒店門口，旁邊也有萬象前海商場，吃喝方便！這次入住還有升級，最意想不到的是，評論酒店後還有精美書籤🤓

首先感謝服務員（肖莉），她的服務殷勤細心。酒店質素真係要俾10分。如果真係要彈， 只是取房時間延遲。但酒店都好識做，延遲三點先退房。

因為訂多間房間而且入住長短有不同，所以分配入住安排比較複雜 。 前台職員 Leo非常耐心，用了近30分鐘幫助我們處理 。最後還贈送生果盤到我們每一間房間，服務非常周到。服務非常周到

説实話，這酒店周邊方便，非常近地铁站，房间很大又乾淨，床铺舒適。早餐多款色，味道不错。附近又有萬象前海等商場。員工有礼。下次去前海那边会再入住。
