The room was dirty the staff miss a towel and a sheet second day and the bathroom roof was lack of painted also dropped à big size of paint in middle of the night, breakfast was the best

Breakfast was nice but limited on some fruit options- i expected a little more in my room for the price.

Never had breakfast. No organization No management

Among several options in the city, this hotel was the perfect choice. The location is perfect, close to the mall, short walk to a pharmacy, about 16 minutes drive to Casco Viejo depending on traffic, roughly 20 minutes drive to Tocumen airport. Access to the city via Uber was our preferred method, it is safe and secure. The rooms were spotless, great smell throughout the entire hotel, no mold on the walls. Great view of the city from the room balcony and the pool, amazing spa services and willing to accommodate to our schedule. The front desk personnel was helpful and willing to extend our stay. Delicious breakfast was included. Overall, the best.

Need a few more staff who can understand basic english words

We had very comfortable stay here. Staff are very courteous. Everything was 5/5 I wished they had English speaking staff in the restaurants and at the front desk. Our house keeping lady was very sweet 💖

Key location helpful staff and excellent rooms. The rooms a spacious and clean the daily cleaning is very prompt and efficient. Fabulous breakfast!

No one speaks english. The hotel smells bad.

Staff is amazing. My blow dryer wasn’t working. They came and immediately brought me a new one.

Our room wasn’t very clean. There was hair on the floor from the previous guests. I booked my stay two days in advance. Upon arrival to the property. They told me they couldn’t locate my reservation. The Wi-Fi was good. The breakfast was wonderful. The pool was disgusting and cold.

The room are nice and clean the pool is too much noise. It’s a mess
