This is the worst experience i ever had after more than 10 times visit KL, the staff are rude, has no manners, Our apartment had a power outage for 3 hours. We reported it, but no help was provided. Our laundry was stuck inside the machine until we checked out, and we were told to come back the next day. When we returned the next day, we were told our laundry was missing, and they refused to take responsibility. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had, and I have never written a bad review before. I’m now about make a report to police

Helloo i had some notes for my experience when stayed during 4 days in 28-08 R. 1. Please take my note/request, i asked in note the location room low floor, but ur staff told to me, the owner five senses set the room not them.. so please kindly take special request ur customer , i got disappointment with this ur services. 28 is high floor. 2. Ur bathroom so smelly, i got bad smell in ur stuffs in your room too, blanket and sofa too. 3. The room so noisy from outside and also , around 11 pm, i heared sound from upstair’s room. 4. AC not function & trouble, i complain with ur staff but nobody representative who coming to our room until check out. Thankyou..

Very good. The guard is friendly. Before entering the place, the AC is already turned on. So it's immediately cold. Recommended. Easy to walk everywhere.

Great 2BR apartment. Cozy, comfortable, excellent for families. Wanna stay there with all families 🥰. Self-service apartment. Including trash and clean up. 3 days for new towels so if you stay more than 1 day you cannot get new towels for the time. Check-in time is till 3 AM and opens at 9 AM. Lobby staff will help you by WhatsApp (text only) even for apartment access (Wi-Fi password, keylock, etc.). Facilities so far so good. You can access all facilities, swimming pool (so good swimming pool. They have 2 kinds of swimming pools. Kids swimming pool and adults swimming pool), gym, kids playground, etc. As long as not under maintenance 😊. There is a washing machine in our apartment room and can be used it (wash only. Without dry clean). When you're driving, don't forget to ask for the card for parking facilities. Lobby staff will be quick to respond if you need help as long as they're not in the rush hours. You make reservations only by online (we booked the apartment) can access their website or other online reservation. Thanks Chambers Residence. See you next time 🙂

The kitchen always cannot be used since last year and everyone in this unit that the kitchen can't be used so I cannot do cooking too. The plates are very small.

Every time I go to KL I always stay here, it's close to everywhere, the staff are very helpful and friendly, close to places to eat

Receiptionist gave us free luggage saving until 4 pm
