Great location. The view was stunning. Easy access to almost everything you need.

I loved that we were right on the doorstep of Katy Trail. I will stay again next time in Dallas.

Room was dirty, outdated, smelled. Parking situation was horrible. They charged us almost $300 extra with no explanation!! we even put the sheets in the washer for them and cleaned after ourselves. The sheets and towels were ripped!!

I had some issues, let me list: -The bed was horrible, thin, and the frame was placed incorrectly. Felt worse than any college bed. -A few stains were still lingering on the walls in different parts of the unit. -One electric outlet was missing a cover. -TV power cable covers was stripped off the wall. -The bathroom shower door is coming off the hinge. -The laundry door is tight, making it harder to open. -There was a leftover cleaning wipe in the bathroom as part of the plant.

This property has a lot of amenities from the gym, outdoor patio spaces, pool area, refillable water dispensers, little nooks and crannies to sit, work or read quietly. Bonus being access to the Katy Trail directly across the street. However, one downside is that the hallway on the hotel floor (24) smelled greatly of cooked foods, although the rooms were fine.

The parking sucks and the bed was very uncomfortable !!!

Bathrooms were dirty and took 2 days to get cleaning to come.

I recently stayed at Locale Apartment and had a great experience overall. The location is absolutely fantastic—especially if you are there for a basketball or ice hockey game. The facilities are top-notch, modern, and very well maintained, which added to the comfort of my stay. The only downside is the traffic noise, which can be noticeable, especially if you’re a light sleeper like me. I’d recommend bringing ear plugs—or perhaps Locale could consider providing them as a thoughtful touch for sensitive sleepers. Despite that, I definitely recommend this place and will gladly stay again on my next visit.

The location was amazing, the bed super comfy and very clean. The only thing was the ceiling fan in the master did not work and the one in the guest room was very loud. Overall we had a great experience.

Booking the 2 bedroom apartment was so much less expensive than getting two separate rooms at the hotel for our conference and the location was beautiful.

Front desk staff was amazing. Facilities were beautiful. Room was very well equipped neat and tidy and great view. one GLARING issue, there were two TVs and once had no remote (thus, no way to use it) and the other had a remote with dead batteries. VERY annoying

My husband & I enjoyed a weekend stay here. Check in and check out was a breeze. The view of Dallas from our room was amazing!! We visited the onsite coffee shop twice. My only recommendation would be to make sure you bring any refreshments you may want with you. I had a hankering for a coke late at night. There is nowhere to get one without driving out. All in all, we would return here again.

I called 4x ask for an early check in. No one answered on two occasions. Two different people told me two different things. One person said it wasn’t possible for an early check in (for a fee). I was happy to pay. The second person told me they would alert me as soon as my assigned room has been cleaned. I didn’t receive any alert. I was supposed to receive a text with my keycafe code to retrieve my keys. I didn’t receive any alert. I had to call to get it. I got my keycard and opened the unit. There were crumbs everywhere. The bed was unmade and used. The bathroom was uncleaned and toilet was full. They profusely apologized and offered 57$ for my troubles. Will never use Locale again. I normally wouldn’t write reviews, but the 57$ felt more insulting than no refund.
