Best hotel in Joao Pessoa

Amazing Hotel facing the beach in João Pessoa. This was my first time in this hotel with my Fiancé and we loved it. The restaurant has a nice decoration as the hotel with lots of plants and trees. Food is very good. The gym and pool are also great. Breakfast is amazing. The staff is very polite, friendly, always available to help. I highly recommend this hotel.

Outstanding. A new style of hosting in the city.

I have stayed here since they first opened. The last two times I stayed here I had issues and I will be taking a break and staying elsewhere until they improve the quality again. Most of the staff are nice, the rooms are dirty ie. shower was plugged, there were crushed up Oreos or some type of cookie under the sheets and they randomly give you rooms. Do not expect to get a room with a view, even if you order this and even if the hotel explains that every room has a view .

Staff were nice. Marcelo from IOCÁ restaurant went above and beyond. The property was clean. Housekeeping was wonderful. Beautiful hotel with lots of plants and wood. Good food in both restaurants. Parking on the back of the hotel needs improvement (half of the parking lot is unpaved), the music at ORAMA restaurant at dinner time was loud. Overall, I was pleased and would stay again at this hotel.

It's an excellent hotel, expecialy the staff which are great and kind. Unfortunately, the pool is too small and the place for take drinks and have some fun almost inexistent. Very good for business travelers.

Atendimento excelente, localização excelente, achei o quarto pequeno. A limpeza foi excelente (parabéns pra Jacqueline nossa arrumadeira) e os funcionários são muito prestativos. O café da manhã é excelente também

Ao me hospedar queriam uma caução de 2.000 por danos ao hotel, nunca vi isso na minha vida, pessoal da recepção totalmente despreparado pra explicar sobre essa caução, já me hospedo neste hotel desde 3 meses de inauguração, e cada dia que passa a qualidade está ficando pra trás

O hotel é lindo, muito bem cuidado e bem localizado. Atendimento incrível. Principalmente o Ivanilson, garçom, e a massagem da Carmen!

Hotel bacana. É a melhor Localização possível. Eu esperava algo mais, mas no final o hotel atende bem dentro da sua proposta. Não é algo muito luxuoso. Room Service apenas ate as 00h. Opções bem limitadas. O que pecou mais é na falta de manutenção que vi pelo hotel, na pintura e detalhes. Mas eu recomendaria, dentro as opções disponíveis está entre as melhores.
