Incredible staff, amenities, views, etc. couldn’t have asked for a better time during our honeymoon. Thank you to the Cambrian and the staff who helped make it the trip of a lifetime!

Have stayed several times at this property. Was my ‘go to’ in Adelboden, but the attentiveness of staff is now lacking, and the front desk personnel were so unwelcoming (you only get once chance to make a first impression), we’ll probably head somewhere else in town for future stays. In the past, the pool, views, and suites were such a draw, but all of those things lose their appeal when the staff make you feel like you’re hanging at a hostel.

The Cambrian is one of the finest hotels we have ever experienced. A lifetime memory!

The view is spectacular, the staff were so lovely and great with our requests for gluten free food. The local area is lovely and easy to navigate. We can’t wait to go back!

Absolute 5 star experience. The staff are so accommodating and the the view from the pool is next to none. Best hotel I've stayed at. The customer hospitality is in matched. Need a car for a day? They let you borrow there mini cooper, great way to explore the rest of Switzerland at your own pace

Amazing place This may as well be the Ritz of Switzerland I entered Interlaken on the hotel search and found this hotel. It’s definitely not Interlaken but may be much better ! My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

Adelboden is amazing

Loved this hotel. The Staff are super helpful and friendly. Give great tips on what to do and where to eat. Loved the sauna/steam room. And the outdoor pool. Outdoor pool is small and there are times where it is too full of people taking instagram shots. But it was open a good amount of the day.

Beautiful view from the balcony

It’s a nice hotel but not coming back. The rooms had a bad smell (I think because of the carpets) The price is too expensive for what it is. The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful.

We loved this property and our stay. I would definitely recommend staying. I will only mention a couple of items that are just my opinion. We could never get reception on the phone, we had to walk down to talk to them. They were always amazing and friendly, but it would have been nice to get some ice or towels via a phone. The outside pool is SMALL and CROWDED it’s very nice/clean, easy to access. But it looks so much bigger in the pictures. It had 20 people in it every day, included kids which was probably 10 too many! Other than that… the room was awesome, the weather was great, view amazing, staff so helpful, parking was easy, food was goo, breakfast buffet was a large, spa was enjoyable, lots of shops/restaurants near by and near a waterfall you can hike. Recognize the location, it’s about 1hr away from Interlaken. While it’s 14 miles, your on a mountain.

We recently stayed at The Cambrian Hotel in Switzerland, booking a deluxe Mountain Panorama View room with the expectation of a balcony. However, upon check-in, we were surprised to find that the room we received had a very small window and no balcony, which was a stark contrast to what was advertised on the hotel's website and booking platforms. Paying around 650 CHF per night for a two-night stay and not receiving the room we expected was disappointing. The discrepancy between the room we received and the representation provided during booking was quite significant. We believe that if a room does not have a balcony and only features a small window, it should be sold at a different price point. Additionally, we were disheartened by the attitude of the front desk staff, including the duty manager, when we politely raised our concerns. Their response came across as rude, which further impacted our experience negatively. We hope that by sharing our experience, others will be mindful when booking with the hotel. It's important for guests to be aware that the actual accommodations may not align with what is advertised. We recommend potential guests to consider reaching out to the hotel directly to ensure that the room they book meets their expectations. While our stay at The Cambrian Hotel did not meet our expectations, we are hopeful that our feedback will be taken into consideration for the improvement of future guest experiences. Excellent place to stay

Very beautiful hotel with a lot of character and design ( maybe even too much) beautiful location, outstanding spa, innovative restaurant . Great access with puclic transportation from anywhere in Switzerland.

Wonderful service, very nice restaurant (dinner and breakfast), slick design, nice spa and pool, friendly staff and amazing views (try to get rooms facing the valley, and not the street!). I don't normally spend so much on hotels, but this really was worth it.

The staff were amazing. The layout was perfect. The view was outstanding.

The service was very slow and not very professional but with lot of good ententions. Our room had no aero conditioning and it was on 2 flor, so if you open the door everybody can see you

An excellent hotel with the best breakfast and comfortable clean rooms. Polite hotel staff and an amazing outdoor pool. Love it and definitely come back!
