Beautiful hotel in a great location close to everything

Staff was welcoming, friendly, helpful and patient. They also gave us wonderful restaurant suggestions. Our rooms were lovely and the location of the hotel was perfect. So happy we stayed there and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Porto!

El hotel menciona que tiene estacionamiento “disponible” afuera. Es mentira, es un problema muy grande buscar estacionamiento, ademas está a lado de Bares y edificios donde la gente se queda hasta altas horas de la madrugada haciendo ruido. Si tienes coche, y duermes temprano y sueño ligero, no te quedes aquí.

The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants The staff were friendly and very helpful The place was very clean, modern, nice size rooms, good bathrooms Was given free wine and pastel de natas for my partner's birthday which was very nice Air con was good Would definitely recommend!!

New hotel but historical building with lots of charm. It is situated at a very convenient location, can go to most of the attractions by foot. The room I had was very spacious but it was very hot. The front desk lady refused to do anything for us and we had to drag till 11pm before we could change to another room. Other than her, the other front desk staff are friendly and helpful. To me , the housekeeping could do a better job. Water was not replenished and tissue paper was out. Wish she could be more attentive. One more thing I want to mention is that the shower floor is very slippery, be cautious. Maybe hotel can do something about it before any accident happens.

We had a wonderful stay at Axis! The location is absolutely perfect, central to all, great walking distance to most things. The hotel its self is really nice, well maintained, and very clean. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Very nice boutique hotel in the middle of the city. Breakfast spread is excellent. Interior is modern simple and very functional. I love it that hotel information is available in English in the room’s TV.

This hotel is in a great location with really friendly and helpful staff. My room was very quiet and had blackout curtains, which were great for jet lag.
